William Thomas Frawley was born in Plymouth, Devon and later enlisted there before seeing service as a Private (No. 16890) with the 2nd Battalion, Devonshire Regiment he later died of wounds on 9th September 1917 and is now buried in Wimereux Communal Cemetery, being additionally noted as the nephew of Mr. and Mrs. Hooper of 6 Marine Place, Coxside, Plymouth.
