Victorian circa 1880’s period large form gelatine silver print group photograph of officers and men of the 9th Queen’s Royal Lancers, as taken out in India. Two names have been inscribed in pencil, namely ‘Gardener’ and ‘Christopherson’. A very good image detailing uniforms and NCO rank insignia worn. The reverse of the card album page, has another large form gelatine silver print group photograph of officers of various regiments including the 9th Lancers.
Condition: clear images, some tarnishing from age to card mount, generally Good Condition.
