Frederick Wellington was born in Cullompton, Devon on 6th December 1908 and would serve as a Special Constable during the Second World War.

George Wellington was born 12th October 1916 and at the time of the 1939 Register was living at 55 Station Road, Tiverton and was serving with the Royal Air Force. He appears to have seen home service during the Second World War before later taking part in operations in Malaya during the Malayan Emergency. He would be awarded the Royal Air Force Long Service and Good Conduct Medal whilst serving as a Chief Technician (No. 530872).
