Second World War North Africa and Middle East operations Territorial long service group awarded to Bombardier C.E. Fuller, Royal Artillery, Territorial Army, who enlisted in 1938, and saw service during the Second World War, being present in North Africa and the Middle East, quite possibly with the Surrey Yeomanly . He was living at 2 Devonshire Mansions, Bromells Rd. London when he was issued his award of the Efficiency Medal in July 1949.

Group of 5: 1939-1945 Star; Africa Star; Defence Medal; War Medal; Efficiency Medal, GVI 1st type bust, Territorial suspension; (891755 BDR. C.E. FULLER. R.A.), first four with the Army Council Campaign Medal Award Slip confirming entitlement to ‘4.0’ awards; last with the Royal Artillery Records Office forwarding letter for the Efficiency Medal, issued to Mr. C.E. Fuller, 2 Devonshire Mansions, Bromells Rd. London. S.W.4., dated 7th July 1949. Also the forwarding envelope for the last.

Charles Ernest Fuller enlisted into the Territorial Army in 1938 and saw service as a Bombardier (No.891755) with the Royal Artillery during the Second World War, being present in North Africa and the Middle East, quite possibly with the Surrey Yeomanry. Having been transferred to the Class Z Territorial Reserve on 10th July 1946, he was living at 2 Devonshire Mansions, Bromells Rd. London when he was issued his award of the Efficiency Medal in July 1949. All WW2 campaign medals are of matching patina, having clearly been issued together.
