Second World War North Africa and Italy, and Korean War group awarded to Fusilier L. Colebourne, 1st Battalion, Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, who originally saw service during the Second World War in North Africa and Italy, and then went on to serve post-war in Korea during the Korean War, where the 1st Battalion, as part of the 29th Independent Infantry Brigade, arrived in December 1950. In April 1951 the battalion was involved in the Battle of the Imjin River.

Awarded to Fusilier (No.7344032) L. Colebourne, 1st Battalion, Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, who originally saw service during the Second World War in North Africa and Italy, and then went on to serve post-war in Korea during the Korean War, where the 1st Battalion, as part of the 29th Independent Infantry Brigade, arrived in December 1950. In April 1951 the battalion was involved in the Battle of the Imjin River, as the brigade stood in the path of the Chinese Spring Offensive. In July 1951, it was re-organized as 29th British Infantry Brigade and absorbed into the 1st Commonwealth Division.
