Ivan Andreevich Vlasov was born in the village of Georgievskaya, Kochubeevka District, Stavropol Region in 1924. Having attained an elementary education he served in the Red Army between December 1942 and December 1943.
This Order of Glory 3rd Class was awarded on 16th June 1976 and is a catch up award for wounds during the Great Patriotic War. Unfortunately, there is no citation available for the award.
At the time of the award he was working at the ‘Kochubeevsky’ Sovkhoz in Kochubeevka district, Stavropol region.
