The depot’s crew forms a tight-knit unit and the party-political work among the men is conducted in a purpose-driven fashion. The men have been roused to execute their assigned tasks, carrying out vehicle repairs. As a result, since 1943 the repair procedures for 116 types of vehicles have been mastered, 2993 vehicles have been repaired for the army, and more than 750 thousand rubles worth of vehicle spare parts of various kinds have been manufactured.
The depot puts a great deal of effort into coming up with innovative and more efficient methods, which enabled the depot to greatly conserve resources during its production process.
