Russia – Soviet: A post-war group of 5 to Lieutenant Vladimir Georgievich Naumov, 356th Separate Engineer Battalion, 6th Mountain Engineer Brigade of the 4th Ukrainian Front who would have taken part in the liberation of Western Ukraine and ended the war in Prague where he was wounded in the fighting in the final days of the war.

Vladimir Georgievich Naumov was born in Moscow on 5th April 1925 and joined the Red Army on 24th March 1943. Serving as a Lieutenant in the 356th Separate engineer battalion, 6th Mountain Engineer Brigade of the 4th Ukrainian Front. He would take part in the fighting for the Western Ukraine in 1944. He would then later see fighting in Poland and Czechoslovakia ending the war in Prague where he was wounded.
