Romania - Manhood and Loyalty Medal, 2nd Class, with crossed swords and oakleaves suspension

The medal was instituted in 1903 for police, as well as civilians, for preserving or restoring public order. In 1916, the award became a war decoration for bravery in the face of the enemy and crossed swords were added to the suspension.
