Greenfield, Royal Army Medical Corps who saw service in South Africa during the Boer War and who was present at the Relief of Kimberley on 15th February 1900, and in action at Paardeberg on 17th to 26th February 1900.

Arthur Greenfield was born in St. Clare, near London and giving his trade as a carman attested on 4th December 1898 subsequently seeing service as a Private (No. 12137) with the Royal Army Medical Corps.
He would serve at home until he arrived in South Africa on 3rd November 1899 subsequently taking part in the Boer War and being present at the Relief of Kimberley on 15th February 1900, and in action at Paardeberg on 17th to 26th February 1900. He would return home the UK on 26th July 1900 and would be discharged on 9th February 1901.
