North Africa casualty Efficiency Medal, GVIR 2nd type bust, Territorial Suspension awarded to Private L. Tomlinson, Devonshire Regiment, who had earlier seen service with both the Royal Welsh Fusiliers and 2nd Battalion, Cheshire Regiment with whom he was wounded in Tunisia in late April 1943.

L. Tomlinson was serving as a Lance Corporal with the 2nd Battalion, Cheshire Regiment in North Africa where he was wounded in late April 1943 during the fighting in Tunisia. He would be awarded the Efficiency Medal in Army Order 45 of 1st March 1950 whilst serving with the Devonshire Regiment. He also served with the Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
