Nepal - Kingdom of: The Most Puissant Order of the Gorkha Dakshina Bahu, otherwise known as the Order of the Gurkha Right Arm of Hand, Member Third Class (Suprabala-Gorkha-Dakshina-Bahu) neck badge. Of Nepalese manufacture in silver and silver-gilt. Scarce.

The Order was instituted in 1895 (1952 B.S.) by King Prithvi Bir Bikram Shah Dev but suspended the following year. It was re-instituted on 7 September 1932 (23 Bhadra 1989 B.S.) by King Tribhuban Bir Bikram Shah Dev. It was awarded to recognise outstanding service to Nepal and could be awarded to both Nepalese and foreigners. Following political and insurrectionist turmoil, Nepal became a Republic in June 2008 and the Order is no longer awarded.
