Conway, 1st/6th Battalion, Royal Highlanders – Territorial Force, late of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders who was awarded the Military Medal in the London Gazette of 11th December 1918 which covers awards for late July and August 1918 including some of the first awards for the Battle of Amiens which began on 8th August 1918. He is noted as from Dundee.

Peter Conway initially saw service as a Private (No. S/22844) with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders and subsequently as a Private (No. S/41096) with the 1/6th Battalion, Royal Highlanders with whom he would be awarded the Military Medal in the London Gazette of 11th December 1918 which covers awards for late July and August 1918 including many of the first awards for the Battle of Amiens which began on 8th August 1918. The Gazette notes Conway as having come from Dundee.
