Memorial Plaques to the Brocklesby brothers comprising Private A.R. Brocklesby, 14th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (London Scottish) who was killed in action on 10th September 1916 and having no known grave is remembered on the Thiepval Memorial, along with his brother Second Lieutenant H.M. Brockelsby, 113th Battery, Royal Field Artillery who died on 1st July 1917 and is now buried in Ramscappelle Road Military Cemetery.

Arthur Roy Brocklesby saw service as a Private (No. 6192) with the 14th (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment (London Scottish) and was killed in action on 10th September 1916 and having no known grave is remembered on the Thiepval Memorial and is noted as the son of Albert Brocklesby of the Oak Bungalow, Gregories Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire and the late Frances Annie Brocklesby.

Horace Markham Brocklesby saw service as a Gunner (No. 370) with the Honourable Artillery Company and saw service in Egypt from 21st April 1915, before being commissioned on 13th October 1916 subsequently serving as a Second Lieutenant with the 113th Battery, Royal Field Artillery. He died on 1st July 1917 and is now buried in Ramscappelle Road Military Cemetery.
