March 1931’.

John Archer saw service as a Sergeant (No.109 ”G”) with the Liverpool City Police, and was twice awarded the Liverpool City Police Medal for Good Service, receiving the Bronze Medal from the Watch Committee on 26th March 1926, and the Silver Medal from the Watch Committee on 26h March 1931.
