Andrew Sullivan enlisted at Clonmel on 16th April 1892 giving his trade as a labourer. He would go on to serve as a Private (No. 4389) with the 2nd Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment where he would be present during the operations on the Punjab Frontier during 1897 to 1898, including the operations on the Samana Ridge during 1897.
He would be discharged medically unfit on 10th September 1910.
