Leonard G. Brough saw service as a Private (No. 014530) with the Army Ordnance Corps on the Western Front from 21st December 1915 and survived the war to be discharged to Class Z Reserve on 17th April 1919, he would later work as an Electrical Engineer and died in Edinburgh on 17th February 1968 but his home address at the time being 61 Whinneyfield Road, Walkergate, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
