Great War Western Front 1914-1915 Star trio and Memorial Plaque to Private C. Greenfield, 2nd Reserve Park, Canadian Army Service Corps who saw service on the Western Front and who suffered gun shot wounds to his head, abdomen and right arm resulting in his death on 30th June 1916. He is now buried in Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery.

Charles Greenfield was born in Bermondsey on 12th March 1880 giving his trade as a Carman and attested at Montreal on 24th March 1915 and would go on to see service on the Western Front. He died of wounds on 30th June 1916 having suffered gunshot wounds to the head, abdomen, and to the right arm whilst attached to the 2nd Reserve Park, Canadian Army Service Corps. He is now buried at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery.
