Great War Gallipoli 1914-1915 Star trio awarded to Private H.H. Willsea, 4th Battalion, Essex Regiment who saw service at Gallipoli from 6th November 1915. He would survive the war and once demobilised on 31st March 1920 would later re-enlist into the Royal Air Force on 9th March 1921.

Hugh H. Willsea from Upminster Essex saw service as a Private, later Acting Serjeant (No. 3190, later No. 200910) with the 4th Battalion, Essex Regiment at Gallipoli from 6th November 1915. He would survive the war to be discharged and demobilised on 31st March 1920 before re-enlisting into the Royal Air Force on 9th March 1921
