Rose, Royal West Kent Regiment, later Corporal, Machine Gun Corps and finally Serjeant, Royal Tank Corps who saw service in Africa from 6th February 1915 and would later be awarded the Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in Army Order 112 in 1929.

Harry Rose enlisted in 1910 and would go on to see service as a Private, later Corporal (No. 9325) with the Royal West Kent Regiment in Africa from 6th February 1915. He would later transfer to the Machine Gun Corps as a Corporal (No. 61205) before finally transferring to the Royal Tank Corps with whom he served as a Serjeant (No. 7809467) and with whom he would later be awarded the Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in Army Order 112 in 1929.
