Joseph O’Shea saw service as a Private (No. 5530) with the 10th Hussars on the Western Front from 6th October 1914, and would also later serve as a Private (No. 47804) with the Corps of Hussars. He would survive the war to be discharged on 21st January 1919. He was originally from Brighton, Sussex.
