M40 Single Decal Army (Heer) helmet complete with chin strap with smooth dark green paint finish. Helmet marked SE64 and 242 and liner with ink owner’s initials ‘E.H.G.’. Chin strap dated 1940. Decal 85% complete. Exterior paint finish worn through in places and with some scratching.
Condition: Sound condition thought and a good example of an early war combat helmet.
