Germany - Third Reich: Kriegsmarine German Navy Officer’s tunic buttons, a set of four superb high quality examples, all in brass with heavy gilding, all measuring approximately 25 mm across, and all with the reverses marked: ‘KRIEGSMARINE IM FEUER VERGOLDERT’ and then the makers mark ‘A’ and ‘8’ for E.W. Assmann & Söhne of Lüdenscheid.
