Germany - Third Reich: German Navy Kriegsmarine Officer’s Tunic Metal Breast Eagle, produced in zinc with a bronze wash to both sides, measuring approximately 93 mm from wing tip to wing tip, with a height of approximately 35 mm, complete with its horizontal non-magnetic pin, hinge and retaining hook, and also the button hole stabilising hook to the base. No makers marks. Wartime produced, and a very good example of type.
Condition: the stabilising hook slightly buckled, light evidence of wear, overall Good Very Fine or better.
