Enlisted Men and Non-Commissioned Officers of the Waffen-SS in cast aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised SS-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, situated within a ribbed ring bearing the inscription of “Meine Ehre Heißt Treue” (My Honour is Loyalty) in German Fraktur script, the reverse with a cast loop and attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “195/39” for manufacture in 1939, the maker “195” is attributed to either Heinriche Wille, measuring 66 mm (w) x 46 mm (l), with receiving hook marked RZM SS 822/37, for manufacture in 1937, the maker “822” is attributed to either Richard Sieper or C.T. Dicke
