John William Taylor saw service as a Private (No 20858) with the Norfolk Regiment and later as a Private (No. 41027) with the 2nd Battalion, Essex Regiment and died of wounds on 22nd April 1917. He is now buried in Etaples Military Cemetery, and is noted as the husband of E.E. Taylor of Chapel Road, Attlesborough, Norfolk
