William Morris Hart originally enlisted into the Territorial Army as a Private (No.4193411) with the 5th Battalion, Royal Welsh Fusiliers, and then transferred on 28th November 1938 as a Gunner to the Royal Artillery for service with the 60th Anti-Tank Regiment. He ultimately transferred to the Queen’s Royal West Surrey Regiment
