Jackson, Durham Light Infantry, later attached Royal Army Ordnance Corps who having seen service during the Red Shirt Rebellion on the North West Frontier in the period from 23rd April 1930 to 22nd March 1931 would later be present during the Dunkirk evacuation being listed as missing, before later being confirmed found.

Private (No. 4446335) R.K.Jackson, Durham Light Infantry who saw service during the Red Shirt Rebellion on the North West Frontier in the period from 23rd April 1930 to 22nd March 1931, and who would later take part in the defence of France in 1940 whilst attached to the Royal Army Ordnance Corps. Noted as missing after the Dunkirk evacuation, he was shortly afterwards confirmed as no longer missing.
