British War Medal 1914-1919 to Serjeant H. Brough, Royal Army Medical Corps, later Royal Air Force who had seen service on the Western Front from 19th August 1915, he would transfer to the Royal Air Force in August 1918 being employed as a Hospital Orderly. A Boer War veteran he had been present in South Africa with the Johannesburg Civil Hospital.

Harold Brough originally saw service in the Boer War in South Africa as part of the Johannesburg Civil Hospital. He would go on to see service during the Great War and saw service on the Western Front from 19th August 1914 whilst attached to the 30th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. He would later see service with the Royal Air Force as a Hospital Orderly from August 1918 until his discharge on 29th May 1922. He died on 9th March 1962.
