A Great War Royal Fusiliers Cunliffe-Owen Tribute Medal awarded to Private J.C.M. Anderson, 23rd Service Battalion - 1st Sportsman’s, Royal Fusiliers, one of the early volunteers, who as such was issued the Sportman’s Battalion Tribute Medal.

Royal Fusiliers Tribute Medal, Silver, hallmarked, as issued to the volunteers in January 1915 by Sir Cunliffe-Owen and bearing the engraved service number ‘1151’ this being that of Private J.H. Hosking, 24th Service Battalion - 2nd Sportsman’s, Royal Fusiliers.

Condition: Good Very Fine.

Awarded to Private (No.1151) J.C.M. Anderson, 23rd Service Battalion - 1st Sportsman’s, Royal Fusiliers, being one of the early volunteers and as such was issued the Sportman’s Battalion Tribute Medal.
