Eric William Mallabone saw service as a Gunner (No.1426746) with the Royal Artillery in Palestine during the Arab Rebellion, and went on to see service during the Second World War before being transferred to the Section B Army Reserve on 15th March 1946 and to the Z T Reserve on 14th June 1950.
