Belgium: Labour Decoration, Gold Class for 30 Years, flat reverse post 1958 issue, with rosette on ribbon.
Condition: Good Very Fine.
The decoration was instituted as long ago as 7 November 1847 as the Industrial and Agricultural Decoration. It was reformed in 1958 when it adopted both its present name and the present form of the insignia. The second ‘silver’ class is awarded for 25 years’ service in agriculture or industry and the first ‘gold’ class for 30 years.
