Badge of Honour for Non-African Countries, Queen Elizabeth II bust, with reverse for the Seychelles, silver-gilt, with original watered silver mustard yellow ribbon. Of the highest rarity, this award was only given between 1953 and 1977, and it is believed that less than 20 were awarded during that period.

The badge accompanied a Certificate of Honour was awarded to indigenous persons who had rendered valuable services to the colony or protectorate. The Seychelles had become a Crown Colony and separate to Mauritius since 1903, and the Seychelles were eventually granted their independence in 1976 when it became a republic, though since it has become a member of the Commonwealth.
