Johnson who served with the Handsworth St. John Ambulance Centre, comprising of two Handsworth Smethwick Challenge cup medals for 1899 and 1900; a 1901 dated Handsworth Centre Award of Merit Medallion, and St John Ambulance Association member cross.
- The St. John Ambulance Brigade Handsorth Smthwick Challange Cup Medal in silver with plain silver ribbon suspension bar in the form of a Maltese cross, 34mm x 41mm, the reverse engraved ‘ALBERT E. JORDAN’ with Vaughton and Son maker’s details and Birmingham hallmark for 1900. In P. Vaughton and Sons, Gothic Works, Birmingham presentation case.
- The St. John Ambulance Brigade Handsorth Smthwick Challange Cup Medal in bronze with bronze ribbon suspension bar engraved with date 1899, in the form of a Maltese cross, 34mm x 41mm, the reverse engraved ‘3RD PRIZE / AWARDED TO/ A. E. Jordan’. In P. Vaughton and Sons, Gothic Works, Birmingham presentation case, the lid impressed with gold lettering ’THE St. JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE 1899.’
- Handsworth Centre - Awarded For Merit Medallion in silver and enamels; the obverse with central red enamel Maltese cross on a white enamel background; the reverse engraved ‘ FOR MERIT / 5th EXAM / June 1901 / ALBERT E. JORDAN’, 38mm x 23mm, with Vaughton, Birmingham maker’s mark and Birmingham hallmarks for 1902.
- The St. John Ambulance Association member Cross in silver, 39mm x 41mm, the reverse engraved ‘No. 6079 ALBERT E. JORDAN’.
