A Second World War Civilian's Home Service British Empire Medal, GRI 1st Type, Civil Division, awarded to Mr Ashley F. Fox, for his work during the war as a Motor Transport Driver with the Admiralty, his award being gazetted on 24 June 1946. He latterly resided in Bromley, Kent.
