A Royal Victorian Order, Member 4th Class and French Order of Merit Agricole pair attributed to Captain Howard De Courcy Martelli, Notts & Derby Regiment, M.V.O., M.C., C.M., a well known member of the Black and Tans, one time Commanding Officer of Hillsborough Castle and allegedly bodyguard to Lord Carson.
Pair: Royal Victorian Order, Member 4th Class, the reverse officially numbered 1352, on original ribbon complete with wearing pin; France, Medal of Agricultural Merit (Merite Agricole) 5th Class, silver gilt and enamels, in its presentation case.
Condition: Enamel damage to the reverse central blue enamel ring of the French decoration, otherwise Good Very Fine.
