A possible unique name Great War Memorial Plaque issued in memory of James Moseley, who from a search through Soldier’s Died, for the British Army atleast, would appear to be a unique name, he being a Private with the Labour Corps later Welch Regiment, who died on 12th May 1918.

Great War Memorial Plaque, named in memory of; (JAMES MOSELEY), complete with the now damaged original card protective envelope.

Condition: Good Very Fine.

Despite being what would appear to be a relatively common name, for the British Army, there is only one man with the name James Moseley, he being born in Bollington, Cheshire, where he lived, and having then enlisted at Chester and seen service previously as a Private (No.48040) with the Welch Regiment, then saw service as a Private (No.36913) with the Labour Corps, and died on 12th May 1918.
