A Palestine Arab Revolt and 1937 Coronation casualty pair awarded to Fusilier T.P. O’Keefe, Royal Irish Rifles who would serve in Palestine during the Arab Revolt and would take part in the 1937 Coronation Celebrations as a Trumpeter. He would die of disease on 30th August 1945 whilst serving with the Corps of Military Police.

Fusilier (No. 7040973) T.P. O’Keefe, Royal Irish Fusiliers was born and lived in Ireland and saw service during the Arab Revolt in Palestine, as well as taking part in the 1937 Coronation Celebrations as a Trumpeter. He would die of disease on 30th August 1945 whilst serving with the Corps of Military Police. The son of Patrick and Mary O’Keefe, husband of Kathleen Alice O’Keefe of Darwen, Lancashire, he is now buried in St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge.
