Condition some time lacquered and now worn through in places, Very Fine.
George Arlow was born in the parish of Sturry, near Canterbury, Kent and attested for the 50th at Canterbury on 6 bOctober 1857. We sent on to served for over 16 years, of which just over 5 years were spent in Ceylon and nearly 6 years in the Australian Colonies.
His right arm was injured severely when on duty in Colchester on 29 March 1874 and he was discharged soon afterwards.
