A framed Korean War Medical Officer’s pair awarded to Captain Ian Henderson, M.B., Royal Army Medical Corps. Henderson was a qualified Medical Doctor who received his promotion to Captain in January 1951 and in that year saw active service out in Korea.

Ian Henderson was a qualified Medical Doctor, who was promoted from Lieutenant (No.408619) to Captain in the Royal Army Medical Corps on 22 January 1951, and saw service out in Korea during the Korean War. He was transferred from the Regular Army National Service List to the Regular Army Reserve of Officers on 23 January 1952.
