A 1914-15 Star casualty trio to Sergeant Thomas Findlay, a Piper who served in both 1st and 2nd Battalions of the Highland Light Infantry, and was killed in action at Neuve Chapelle with the 1st Battalion on 14 March 1915.

Thomas Findlay was born in Dover, Kent and lived in Hamilton, Lanarkshire. He joined the Highland Light Infantry as a Boy Soldier and became a Piper.
Findlay is interred in the Pont-Du-Hem Military Cemetery, La Gorgue, France.
