Awarded to Greaser H. Hall, Merchant Fleet Auxiliary. Of note his is possibly the same man as the one who went on to be killed in action during the Second World War, a Harry Hall who was serving as a First Engineer with the Fishing Fleet operating from Grimsby, when he was killed aboard the fishing vessel “Carlton” on 25th October 1940.
